Le York Hydro Spa and Boutique caters for all types of dogs and cats. We do full monty or style trims, ear, eye and sanitary trims, warm showers with shampoo and conditioner, brush out and blow dries. We also offer anal gland drainage and de-worming as an extra service.
About Us
Le York Grooming Spa was founded by Santa Viljoen, a passionate animal lover with a deep appreciation for high-quality pet care. At the end of 2001, Santa turned her dream into reality by establishing her own grooming business, driven by her vision of creating a truly luxurious experience for pets and their owners. With limited capital but boundless determination, she and her husband, Leon, took a leap of faith by renting a shop in a shopping center in Faerie Glen, where they set about building what would soon become a distinguished doggy parlour de luxe.
True to her unwavering standards, Santa insisted that Le York be nothing short of exceptional, prioritizing impeccable cleanliness, superior service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both pets and their owners. Over the years, her dedication and personal touch have earned her not only a loyal clientele but also lasting friendships with many of her customers. While Le York caters to dogs and cats of all breeds, Santa has a particular fondness for Yorkshire Terriers.
A love reflected in the five cheeky Yorkies she calls her own.
