Pick Up Service
Le York offers a convenient pet grooming pickup service on designated days of the week for specific areas in Pretoria.
If this is your first time using Le York’s grooming services, we kindly request that your first visit be conducted in person at our spa. This ensures we receive accurate grooming instructions and essential information about your pet. Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are required to be scheduled via email. Please confirm all grooming specifications, including your address, at the time of booking.
You will receive a quote that must be approved before payment confirmation. Please note that prices may be subject to change based on additional services required, such as de-matting or tick and flea treatments. Should any adjustments be necessary, we will contact you accordingly.
EFT transactions
For payment, EFT transactions must be completed, and proof of payment sent to info@leyork.co.za before the pickup date (if not paying from FNB).
Cash on delivery
For cash on delivery (COD) payments, please confirm with our office in advance so that our driver can be informed.
Safety
Additionally, someone must be home to hand over the pet, and larger dogs must be on a leash or harnessed for safety.
